Doug is Chief Strategist for our US Investment Strategy service. In this role, he analyzes the future direction of US financial markets and the economy to set equity portfolio strategies and enhance returns for asset allocators.
He prides himself on presenting clear strategic and tactical portfolio allocation advice, providing clients with key inputs for setting their own investment strategy.
Since joining BCA Research in 2010, Doug has also led Global Asset Allocation, our portfolio construction service, advising CIOs and asset allocation teams on optimal ways to structure global multi-asset port- folios. Before BCA, he spent a dozen years as a strategist, analyst and trader.
Doug holds an MBA with Honors in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago and a BS in Accounting from the University of Virginia. He is a CFA charter holder.
