Kiran was appointed Head of Marketing at BCA on August 12, 2024. Prior to this role, she served as Head of Marketing at Instnt, a fully managed customer acceptance platform, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the brand and driving lead generation and marketing operations.

Kiran's career began at SAP, where she contributed to building their digital strategy. She later transitioned into the financial services, fraud, and cybersecurity sectors, leading marketing efforts for unicorn start-ups like Socure, a leading identity verification platform. Kiran holds an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Development from Baruch College, where she is also an adjunct faculty member.
