Sonia Renon-Chevrier
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Sonia Renon-Chevrier joined BCA Research in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. As a member of the Leadership team, she oversees the Talent Strategy and its operations.
Prior to BCA Research, Sonia was the Vice President of Human Resources for Intelcom Group where she was tasked to build the HR service and strategy in the context of the new exclusive delivery partnership with Amazon. Prior to Intelcom Group, she was the Human Resources Director for Sephora Canada (LVMH Group), where she built the Human Resources department and its talent strategy in an exponential growth context and in preparation of an international luxury competitor implementation.
Sonia also worked with major Canadian retailers before and she began her career as an organizational psychologist and HR consultant with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton. She is a Quebec Human Resources Certified Professional and an organizational psychologist.
